We are still awaiting clarity from the law society as to the position on key workers and essential work. Our interpretation is that anything that has exchanged with a set completion date will still be able to complete on the agreed date. This will prevent either party from falling into the position where they are in breach of contract which could have serious ramifications for those involved. We also need to understand the position from removal firms regarding their ability to be able to conduct the logistics of the move. We must stress that this is very much guess work on our part and we will send a communication to everyone involved once we have clarity from the necessary bodies.
